Our mission is to create innovative, practical solutions that solve problems, save our customers money and benefit the planet. We reach for the stars, and believe in practising what we preach when it comes to looking after our people and the environment. We have high standards, and expect the same high standards from those we choose to work with.

Raising industry standards

Our supply chain

We are a trusted partner to any organisation that wishes to embrace the credible paper alternative and make a positive contribution to the environment. We want to build long-lasting strategic partnerships; exceed expectations in service, innovation and quality; and share in mutual success.

Empowering our employees

Our people

We believe we are only as good as the people who lend us their skills and expertise as our employees. In return for their commitment and support in helping us achieve our vision and mission, we promise them a safe, respectful workplace where they will be listened to and their needs, preferences and aspirations heard.

An ambassador for change

Our world

We are constantly striving to deepen our partnerships with suppliers so that we can together enhance our individual efforts to safeguard our planet for future generations. Working in a global supply chain, we believe we have a responsibility to protect the environment, and we invite our partners and competitors to follow our lead.

Part of a wider society

Our community

We work closely with our local community, drawing on the skills and experience around us to enhance our work, as well as striving to give back wherever we can. We expect our suppliers to be similarly close to their own communities, and to make a positive local impact.

Did you know?

We are planting 2,500 trees covering five acres of land in an FSC-certified forest in the Scottish Highlands as a ‘thank you’ to those who donated to our recent crowd-funding campaign. We raised £1.2 million, which we will spend on growing our business and on product innovations to enhance our environmental efforts.

Our work is never done

There will always be more we can do, but we believe that by working together with our employees, customers and suppliers we will achieve more, for the good of our communities and the world around us.

"At PALLITE®, we are not just selling a commodity. We don’t see ourselves as simply manufacturers of environmentally-friendly packaging products and warehouse storage solutions. Together with our suppliers, employees and customers, we want to effect real and lasting change, for the good of our planet and for the well-being of people around us."
