Benefits Of The Pallite® Range

Premium protection

Our pallet boxes, made from 25mm paper walls constructed with honeycomb-cell technology for added strength, guard valuable consignments against impact while they are being stored, handled or in worldwide transit. Meanwhile, our custom-made inserts reduce movement and provide cushioning against shocks and drops, protecting sensitive surfaces against scratches, blemishes and other damage and preventing fragile components from breaking or buckling.

Businesses can reduce their total distribution costs by choosing a PALLITE® pallet box, which is up to 72% lighter than the equivalent wooden crate and pallet, but remains robust enough to securely transport high-value and fragile goods. Save on fuel while reducing your carbon footprint when travelling by road and drastically cut costs when sending consignments by air freight. What’s more, you’ll lower the risk of back and other handling injuries in your workplace, reducing the chances of lost productivity.

Our paper-based packaging solutions are reusable, meaning you can use them again and again throughout your production cycle without any loss of strength or protective properties.

PALLITE®‘s paper-based packaging range requires no tooling, significantly less than many alternatives, making it easier for us to meet the individual needs of our clients. We use specialist technology to manufacture custom locators and fitments designed to cradle individual parts perfectly, resulting in optimum protection for high value, luxury, fragile and oddly-shaped consignments.

PALLITE® pallet boxes and inserts are manufactured using materials from consistent and sustainable sources. They are 100% recyclable and can be disposed of through traditional cardboard and paper waste recycling schemes that will often pay for the waste received, creating an additional revenue stream for businesses that choose to use them.

Despite being constructed from just paper and PVA glue, our pallet boxes are strong enough to enable stacking of up to 750kg. Their 25mm reinforced walls, constructed from honeycomb-cell technology, are robust enough to withstand even the most turbulent of journeys.

Space and time saving

With a collapsible design that enables boxes to be stored flat and reassembled again in less than 10 seconds, as well as the option of adding loading windows, our products will help maximise efficiency in your supply chain. With bespoke sizing and stackable configurations available, you’ll be able to eliminate unwanted transport costs by maximising container and vehicle capacity when transporting by air, road or sea.
